Why NBEMS Cancelled Results for 13 Candidates — Full List Released

The NBEMS claims that all 22 candidates’ scorecards and results are void. The board stated in its notice that it would be illegal to produce the aforementioned scorecard and/or NEET PG 2025 Result Cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to employment, enrolling, registration, or admission to PG courses.

The NBEMS also made it clear that it would not be liable for any admissions, jobs, or registrations that resulted from the revoked results. “NBEMS disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from employment, admission, or enrolment based on the NEET PG 2025 Result Cancelled here in above,” according to the statement.

Candidates and institutions are strongly advised to respect the official notice, as any attempt to use the NEET PG 2025 Result Cancelled scorecards could lead to legal complications.

NEET PG 2025 Result Cancelled: Action Spans Five Examination Sessions

Of the 22 candidates whose results were nullified, 13 took part in NEET PG 2025, three in 2024, four in 2023, and one in 2022 and 2021.

The board’s Examination Ethics Committee made the judgment following a thorough investigation of malpractice events recorded in several sessions. After Writ Petition No. 5785/2025 was resolved, one contender, Srusti Bommanahalli Rajanna, was eliminated. The NBEMS ethics tribunal judged the remaining 21 candidates guilty of employing unfair tactics.

Exam transparency is being examined:

Over 2.42 lakh students took the NEET PG test this year, and 1,28,116 of them were deemed eligible for admission to PG Diploma, Master of Surgery, and Doctor of Medicine programs.

The NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule hasn’t been released yet, though, because the test is still under legal review due to issues with openness and a pending petition for the release of complete question papers and answer keys.

11 foreign medical grads were also excluded:

In addition to NEET PG candidates, 11 students who took the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) between 2021 and 2025 had their candidatures cancelled by the NBEMS. It was also discovered that these applicants had engaged in unfair exam practices.

This year, the FMGE, which grants licenses to foreign-trained medical graduates to practice in India, reported a significant drop in pass rates. The pass rate for the June 2025 session was 18.61%, which was almost 11% lower than the previous year. Only 6,707 of the 37,207 registered candidates were able to qualify.

The NBEMS has reaffirmed its commitment to upholding the integrity of medical admission and licensure exams, cautioning that any applicant found to be undermining the impartiality of the evaluation process will face severe consequences.
