- Â Seat Allotment Rounds in KEA Counseling: Seats will be allotted in the 3 rounds of KEA counseling: 1st round, 2nd round, and mop-up rounds. If there are any seats vacant after the mop-up round, a special stray round may be conducted where candidates can participate.
